To me a good leader is someone who first is a follower of Christ.They are someone who is respectful and honest with everything that they do. I think it is someone who is aware of other people's feelings and puts him/herself last. I do think that i have some of these qualities but there is always room for improvement lol
What I think that makes a good leader is not by making promises to sound good, but to actually act on them. A leader will work to the best of his abilities to get done that needs done. Another attribute is people skills, they need to be able to work with all people not just those that support, or like him. One other thing is that he needs to have a plan. but not "his" plan but a peoples plan that they made not him. Then he need to follow though with his commitment to the people.
I think to be a good leader you need to be a strong minded person and be able to stand up for yourself and others. Think about others and what is needed such the President you would need to think what the country needs and how to protect us. I try to my best ablility to be a strong minded person and never give up.

i feel a good leader has to be very charismic and a strong personality. He must be able to face adversity without faulter. i do believe i have some of the qualities to be a good leader but i need to develop the others needed.

Wht makes a good leader is that he believes on himself, his believes, respect, someone who never giives up, that keeps on tring till he gets it right, who wont let down, that he knows what he is doing, that he is sure about himself, and someone that will keep on going even though the people wont support him, 'cuz he belives on him and will never give up on him or anyone,'cuz he does not care whwt people think about him. I do posses some of this qualities but others id like to have.

i think what takes a good leader is to know what is wright and to do it. you cant always listen to the people becuase they will always do what best for them or what they want
Confidence, communication skills, intelligence, good morals, equality, trust, and selflessness. I possess many of the qualities and will probably develop the rest that I don't have later in time.
A good leader is assertive, intelligent, thinks well under pressure, treats his subjects the same as him. A good leader also has good delegation skills. He has to be able to give his men orders. I possess most of these traits if not all of them.:)
A good leader is someone who is able to listen to others but isn't afraid to take the initiative. A leader needs to be responsible, understanding, a self starter, and someone who is willing to listen.
I think I have many of the qualities that a leader needs but am no where close to having all of these traits.

A good leadershould be honest in everything and knowing that it might ge in some trouble. humility is an important quality becaue if your not humble with your self why would you be with others. Being humble is caring for other. Intelligence is also important. I would say that i have some o those qualities but i would like to work on the others and be a good leader.

I think a good leader is someone who knows whats best and is respectful and lives by the "I'm Third". Im working on my qualities!
I think a good leader must have a certain idea or plan and be able to act it out, knowing what he does. but if he wants people to follow him he also needs to listen to their wishes, be understanding and trustworthy that everybody feels comfortable with him as a leader.

I think a good leader is someone who's not afraid of what other people think of them. What makes a good leader is his/her confidence, and ability to listen to others. Also, to be a good leader you can't be shy!!! I don't think i'm a good leader. I'm kinda lazy. I would to develop good leadership qualities so I can be CEO of something someday!

I think a good leader needs to be a christian especially leading our nation. Someone that is not arrogant, a good listener and loyal and can get stuff done. I possess some of these traits however I do not think that I am a good leader beacause I am too quiet.
He needs people to like and respect him...especially teenagers, but there is only way to do that and thats to lower the drinking age to 18. Bush didnt do it and his presidency didnt turn out to well.

In ROTC I have learned a lot about leadership. Everyone is born with some experiance as a leader. There are some people that are just followers. No one though is born a good leader. You must be led to become a good leader. I know I have qualities of a leader. There is not much more that can help me. Other than more experiance in leading cannot acomplish
The most important quality a leader can posess is the ability to say they were wrong, then learn from that. When people can ssay they are wrong they are humbling themselves to be a better person for the people they are leading. It is very hard for me to say that I have something wrong, or did it incorrectly and I hope to be better about that.
Some qualities that make a good leader are perseverance, bravery, and wisdom. Also, i believe that you need experiences of all kinds-good and bad. A person gains the most through experiences. Mental strength and cofindence in the things you do is also needed. All people have the ability to gain these traits, you just have to be willing or long live as a follower.
these are qualities that i have but that i can work on a little bit. a good leder should be strong
i think a good leader is someone who is honest and carries out what he or she says they will do. someone who will have full intentions in winning a battle even with the lower hand b/c of how they know they preparred themselves
ummm a good leader has to have a powerful voice, be able to talk to all kinds of people, and learn from their mistakes. I can at times be a leader and step up when needed but i'd rather not lol

I think that a good leader is someone who everyone can trust to make good decisions. Someone people can look up to and see as a role model. A leader needs to also be a person that will listen to the opinions of others, and take into consideration how they feel.
I am somewhat of a leader. I feel that my peers look up to me most of the time and that is an honored feeling.

i think that things that make a good leader are the ability to make decisions and the ability to put others before urself. i also think that to be a good leader u need to know how to handle urself in front of others and be honest. i do believe that i posses all of these qualities but i woul;d like to improve them.
I believe a good leader is someone who is a good listener and is able to convice people to do what they want willingly. I am a good listener and i guess Im kind of a leader but I know I have a long way to go. Hopefully someday I can have these qualities.

To me a good leader is someone who not only believes in God but they also follow God. They are a trust worthy person; with a kind and loving heart. Not only these things but they don't make rash decisions or change something at the very last minute. They need to care for others around them and not only themselves. They should also set some time aside to spend with their family. Even if all they can do is a little time. A little time is always so much better than no time at all. Everything they do has a purpose and a reason; not an excuse a ligament reason behind it. There are so many different things that make not only a good leader but a phenomenal leader. These are only a few of them. Yes these are qualities that I posses and would like to develop some day.

I think a good leader has many qualities. One they should be honest and have good integrity. Also they should be very committed. In my opinion i would like to see the leader of our country be a Christian, because if they are praying in hard situations, i believe God would provide them with help. To an extent i have these, but i know i need to work on them a lot more.

i think what makes a good leader is someone who does whats best for the economy. A leader who believes in same sex marriage and or abortion will not get my respect. When leaders show that they can do the right thing in harsh/big situations thats when i really begin to trust in them. I would like to develope the skills to be able to handle big situations the totally correct way but that will come when i mature a little more!
A good leader is someone who can follow directions and who listens to what others think as well as their own opinions. They are respectful and have good morals.

what i think is a good leader to me is, someone that stands up for what they beleive in. or someone that even stands up for others. i try to posses these but its a day by day process. you cna only take one step at a time.

You cant really give qualities of "a good leader". There are many different leaders and some take more qualities than others. but i do think you need to be honest and responsible. ask God. He's a great leader.

What makes a good leader is the ability to get others to buy into what you are doing. If you can do that people will follow which will make you a leader. Then once you have them following just keep them doing good things and not bad.
