As all good things end, we finally finished The Crucible!

Is this supposed to be a journal entry? Oh well. Well I totally hated the play. I didn't understand it at all. I understood the story when we washed the movie. Overall it's really sad.

The crucible is a really sad play. I'm very very glad that we are finally finished, but not so happy we're moving on to research papers now.

YAY, i liked the book and the movie and all but i'm just glad we're done with it. The ending could of been better though. But other then that it was good. Hope we don't have to take the test.

I overall liked the play better than the book. Both were really sad, however, the end of the movie was much more sad. I think it is because it showed much more emotion.

I kinda actually liked the story...ok well the book was boring but i liked it overall. Watching the movie was good because it gave us a visual picture of what really happened which i think made it more personal to us especially when I saw the people get hung. That was so sad. But yeah, i probably would not want to read the book again but it was good the first time.

i find this to be true, but the play and movie are way to dramatized and in them wene it is clear the girls are lieing, the judges still belive the girls are right.

To be honest with you, I hates both the movie and the play. I found it very hard to understand when there were so many things going on and so many different people. I really hope we dont have a test over this because i would probably fail.

We performed The Crucible my freshman year at my old school in San Antonio. I loved it then and I love it now! It was such a good play, with so much meaning behind it. Due to the lack of maturity most juniors posses, I think it was challenging for most to simply read and understand the play. I have thoroughly studied The Crucible, and the story and intensity behind it is amazing!

Well first off I don't know what to say about this blog thing but....mabey it means that if someone you love dies and they are not there to make you laugh you can just think of the good and funny time you had with that person. Thats what I do.

Well, I don't know if this is supposed to be a Journal Entry..but ok! To be totally honest with you Mrs. Snow, the play was kind of interesting, but for the most part it was really boring. I mean I got some of the things the book was talking about, but it was really confusing to me.

The crucible was well written and sent a good message, but at the same time im glad to be done with it. No matter how good some litterature is i can get bored with it. im ready to move on to something new.

I was confused most of the time in the book. But after I watched the movie I actually started to understand everything.

I believe this because one's memory may live on forever in another.

It was a good book. I enjoyed reading it but i liked the movie more it made more ssince to me. And how john proctor stood up for what he believed in and died for it and his memory lasted forevr...or at least a few years.
