What this means to me is that your loyalty toward your friend should me even more important to you than supporting your country, even if it means death. And if you do live this way you will be highly rewarded by the way people will look at you at a different light.
I know this quote by heart. "True wisdom is knowing you know nothing" Socrates. This means you can never know everything and should never stop learning. I try to apply this to everything I do. You can always get better at everything.

i found this qoute on a website meant to deal with volleyball. And in a sense it goes farther than just sports... Of course with volleyball i would take and ask myself, how hard do I work in practice everyday? How you practice will come out in a game, good or bad. But this also relates with life. The decisions you make today will effect you tomorrow.

Because the only reason that we have so much new technology and cures for many diseases, is because that one person or persons persevered against all odds. The smallest things that you do can have a huge impact on someone. YOU can do anything if you put your mind to it!!

This is a good quote. I think when someone loves you or you love someone you do anything for that person, you would jump in fron of a car for them to live if they were about to be hit. Love is a strong thing.

This quote is something I live by everyday. Its really sometimes amazing to see how many friends you have when everything is good. But when things aren't going as well as they should you see who your true friends are. my mom tells me that when times are bad peoples real colors come out. This simply means that you see people for who they truly are. I think this quote applies to everyday life and it is something that I live by.

I got it from WHATEVERLIFE.COM haha...not quite sure who said it though it didn't say! I agree with this quote because weird does make us different...but who cares!!?? I chose this quote because at times it is very hard to understand love. This is not about high school "love", but serious love. I chose this because it is very true. If you love and it is real, then it won't break away from anything written above. Love is pure and should be portrayed that way.

I like this quote a lot because it is short and simple in a B.A. sort of way. It is funny how many people really get annoyed with happy people. Even though it is something to not get mad at, at all. If you keep a good attitude in class or some part of life where other people get frustrated, they will learn that your enjoying life way more then they are. Only one life to live right? The quote reminds me to just keep a smile on.

i like this quote because it expresses my own belief that we should not be so caught up in who has the right religion and should focus more on what it will take t make peace now and really accept everyone as an equal.

One of my very favotite quotes is "You were born an original, don't die a copy." I don't know who the author is because when I looked it up on the internet I got quite a few different authors. I didn't come up with this quote on my own I got it from my really good friend Shelby's myspace. To me this means that God had you in mind and planned before you were born. You are an original that no one else can make a copy of. So with that being said why in the world would you want to conforme to what the world thinks you should be or even change how you are to become just like sombody else?
